XIO.GG Refund Policy
XIO.GG adheres to e-commerce laws and consumer protection regulations to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please review the refund terms below.
1. Refund for Digital Content
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the content has not been used or accessed.
- Refunds are not available if 7 days have passed or the digital content has been accessed.
- If there is a valid reason (e.g., the content is not functioning properly), a refund may be granted if the issue cannot be resolved.
2. Refund for Shipped Products
1) Refunds Due to Change of Mind
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging (including seals/labels).
- If the package has been opened and the product value has decreased (e.g., software packages, certain electronics), refunds may be restricted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the refund will be processed after the return is confirmed.
2) Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If a product defect is discovered within 3 months of receipt or 30 days from discovering the defect, a full refund or exchange is available.
- In this case, XIO.GG will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital content that has already been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
- Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or have damaged packaging.
- Items that have significantly decreased in value and cannot be resold (e.g., custom-made products).
- Other cases where cancellation rights are restricted by law.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a Refund Request: Contact XIO.GG Customer Support to initiate a refund request.
- Review & Approval: We will review your request and inform you of your refund eligibility.
- Product Return (If Applicable): If a return is required, send the item to the designated return address.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after confirming the returned product or reviewing the digital content usage status.
- Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
